Al dar un mensaje de pedido hacia una comisión del artista, usted estará aceptando los siguientes términos que usted debe tener en cuenta.1- Al pedir una comisión que sea dedicada a un OC de su pertenencia, esta otorgando el derecho de uso de imagen por cierto tiempo al artista, el derecho se cancela cuando la comisión termina.
2- En caso de comisionar un dibujo sobre un personaje ajeno a terceros, debe tener en mente el tono adecuado para el tipo de personaje presentado.
3- El dibujo comisionado por la anónima persona será de propiedad de esta y no tendrá correlación de tema con el artista a menos que sea un contrato.
4- Esta determinadamente Prohibido el uso de las comisiones para entrenar o usar en desarrollo de Imágenes Generadas por IA. Si se rompe esta regla, habrá una investigación al respecto.
5- La política de devolución se basa en que si la comisión tarda en terminar y no hay comunicación por parte del artista, obligadamente se debe devolver el dinero si es que se pago por adelantado.
6- Los pagos adelantados son concientizados por el comisionado, no por el artista. Originalmente el pago se hace después de que la comisión se haya realizado.
7- El comisionado tiene el derecho de quejarse y criticar de forma constructiva al artista.! Terms of Service !

Please read carefully!By placing a commission with this artist, you agree to the following terms and conditions.1- When commissioning a character (OC) of your own, you are granting the artist the right to use that character for a certain period of time. This right ends when the commission is completed.
2- If commissioning a drawing of a character belonging to someone else, you must consider the appropriate tone for the character.
3- The drawing commissioned by the anonymous client will be their property and will not be thematically related to the artist unless otherwise specified in a contract.
4- It is strictly prohibited to use commissions for training or in the development of AI-generated imagery. Any violation of this rule will be investigated.
5. The refund policy states that if the commission is delayed and there is no communication from the artist, any advance payment must be refunded.
6. Advance payments are made by the commissioner, not the artist. Payment is typically made after the commission has been completed.
7. The commissioner has the right to complain and offer constructive criticism to the artist.
